My name is Noelia Martínez Pérez. I hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a degree in Pharmacy.
I began my professional journey as a pharmacist, where I gained a deep understanding of the human body and the impact of medical treatments. Over time, I discovered that my true calling was nutrition: a fundamental tool for caring for health from the root.
I specialized in clinical nutrition and food education, with a particular interest in eating disorders (ED), allergies, intolerances, and digestive pathologies such as irritable bowel syndrome or celiac disease.
In cases of ED, I work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other professionals because I firmly believe in a multidisciplinary and respectful approach.
Additionally, I support individuals with very diverse goals: weight loss or gain, vegetarian or vegan nutrition, menopause, control of chronic diseases, and family food education.
My approach combines science and empathy, offering realistic and sustainable plans that adapt to each person’s life. For me, nutrition is not just my job; it is my purpose: to help you build a healthy relationship with food, with your body, and with your health.
